The spa was relaxing, but the bar service was very slow and unhelpful.

Location was a bit far from mountain. One had to take a cab and could not walk

The staff were very helpful, lovely dining and bar area which was cosy and very welcoming.

Rooms were old and badly in need of an update. Spa facilities were ok, but treatments were very average for the price, products used in spa facilities were not very nice.

The room was spacious and included a minibar. There was chocolate on my bed every day, a nice touch. The spa area was modern and clean, with a lovely massage service. Enjoyed the breakfast too.

It would be wise to put a handle on the bath tub so as not to slip getting out of it - also provide a rubber mat to put inside the bathtub. Provide 2 extra pillows in the closet in the bedroom.

daily fee to use the small fitness room. in light of the cost of the facility this seemed unnecessary and left a bad taste in our mouth

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the main Gondola station for skiing and breathtaking views of the mountains from our room. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing excellent service and always being friendly and helpful. The facilities were top-notch, with a spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The restaurant was particularly impressive, offering delicious meals prepared with care and flair. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the train and ski station, making our travel hassle-free. this place exceeded our expectations in every way.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a great location for skiing and with stunning views of the mountains. the restaurant had fantastic options and I found some good ski rental places nearby. the room was comfortable with a nice view, and the staff provided excellent service, especially at breakfast. the hotel facilities were great with a pool and steam room as well as a shuttle service that made it easy to get around.

The entertainment provided in the evening was not to my liking and could have been better.

The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, with options that catered to various dietary restrictions. the staff were welcoming and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay.

While the hotel provided ample amenities, the room decor and furnishings were outdated and could benefit from modernization. the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep soundly, as noises from surrounding rooms and the hotel corridors were easily audible.
